The client aimed not only to increase website traffic but also to grow their Telegram channel’s subscriber base. We directed potential customers to both the online store and the Telegram channel.
When selecting channels for paid promotion, we prioritized content quality, relevance, presentation style, and audience fit. Our focus was on channels covering fashion news, celebrities, and image consulting.
⚡️ The campaign budget exceeded $2,000. With this, we reached over 51,000 unique users and boosted brand awareness significantly among Telegram readers.
Tracking Conversions from Channel Promotions
Our specialists used analytics tools and monitored the usage of promo codes unique to each channel. Telega's internal analytics provided detailed views and conversion data per channel. By the way, the high CPO (cost per order) is explained by the high average check. The store's prices start at $350, and during the fall/winter season, the minimum check is $550, which is influenced by the seasonality and demand for high-quality, warm, and fashionable women's outerwear.
In addition to evaluating the campaign’s efficiency against KPIs, we also calculated associated conversions — i.e., those situations where the channel wasn’t directly part of the sales funnel but was involved in the user’s action chain: between the first touchpoint and the final purchase conversion during the campaign period.
