How to Connect Telega Autoposter to Your Channel

1. Log in to your Telega.io account and go to My Channels and Chats.

2. Find the channel you want to activate autoposting for and click on the autoposting bot icon.

Or go to Edit Channel → Additional tab.

3. Follow these steps on Telegram:

Open Telegram and go to Manage Channel
Select Administrators
Click Add Administrator
Find the bot by its system name @Telega_smartpost_bot
Click on it and confirm by selecting "OK."
Ensure the bot has the rights to post messages, as well as to add administrators to the channel.

Click Save to add the bot.

4. Confirm the connection by clicking Check. After this, Telega Autoposter will be ready to work, and your channel will automatically receive +5 rating points.

How to Use Autoposting

Once enabled, you can choose to post manually or use autoposting.

1. Go to the Requests section

Every accepted request has an Auto-post button — click it to schedule a post.

2. Select the publishing time

If the advertiser has specified a date and time, you can only choose the suggested period.
If no deadlines are set, pick any convenient time from the calendar.

3. Confirm the publication

The bot will automatically publish the ad at the scheduled time.

4. Automatic link submission

Once the post is live, the request is marked as complete, and the link is automatically sent for verification. You will receive a notification about the completed request.

After posting, Telega Autoposter will notify the notification bot that the request was successfully completed.

If the bot is unable to post (e.g., due to missing permissions or a connection failure), the request will automatically switch to manual mode, and you will receive a notification with details about the issue.
