We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and security-conscious Web Developer to manage, maintain, and improve our websites.

The ideal candidate is someone who can not only design and develop beautiful, functional WordPress sites but also recover and secure websites from malware, hacking incidents, and potential threats.


Key Responsibilities
✅ Design, build, and maintain modern, responsive WordPress websites
✅ Implement and customize themes, plugins, and advanced features
✅ Optimize site performance, speed, SEO, and user experience
✅ Monitor website health and resolve bugs or downtime promptly
✅ Safeguard websites through regular updates, backups, and security patches
✅ Recover compromised websites from malware, hacking, or technical failures
Troubleshoot issues and implement preventive measures

✅ Maintain accurate documentation of changes, configurations, and procedures


🛠️ Requirements
👉 Proven experience as a WordPress Developer (1+ years preferred).
👉 Proficient in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress development best practices.
👉 Strong experience with page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, etc.
👉 Demonstrated ability in website security, recovery, and virus/malware cleanup.
👉 Deep understanding of SEO, speed optimization, and mobile-first design.
👉 Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.
👉 Excellent communication skills and proactive problem-solving attitude.
👉 Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership in a remote work setup.

👉 Experience with staging environments and Git-based workflows
👉 Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like WooCommerce
