She feels a deep gratitude for them, for their support, for their belief that she can be that girl again, even when she didn’t think it was possible. And so, she decides to do it for them, as much as for herself. She wants to prove that their faith in her wasn’t misplaced, that she can rise from the ashes of her pain and become someone they can be proud of. But more importantly, she wants to do it for herself, to reclaim the life she deserves, the life she wants. She knows now that being that girl is not about perfection, but about resilience, about rising again and again, no matter how many times she falls.
With every step she takes, she moves closer to the life she wants, a life where she can shine again, not because she’s perfect, but because she’s real, because she’s learned to embrace both her light nd her darkness. And she knows, deep in her heart, that she will continue to rise, continue to grow, and continue to become the best version of herself—for herself, and for those who never stopped believing in her.

Imagine there's "this girl" - who seems to have it all together. She's the kind of person who wakes up before the sun, already glowing with the energy of a new day. The first thing she does is drink a glass of water, feeling it refresh every cell in her body. She sits down to meditate, finding peace in the silence as she breathes deeply, centering herself. Then, she moves her body, working out with strength and grace, pushing her limits because she knows that's how she grows.
Afterward, she takes a long, hot shower, the water washing away any remnants of yesterday's stress, leaving her feeling renewed. She gets dressed, not just in clothes, but in confidence, ready to take on whatever the day throws at her. She studies with focus, works with passion, and somehow, no matter how busy she gets, she keeps that spark in her eyes, that glow in her aura. Her presence alone is inspiring; she seems to float through the day, ticking off tasks with ease, smiling at the world, making everything look effortless.
But then, there’s another day. A day where this same girl can barely recognize herself. She wakes up, but instead of springing out of bed, she lies there, staring at the ceiling, feeling the weight of the world pressing down on her chest. She doesn't reach for that glass of water, doesn't sit to meditate. The idea of working out feels like alot. Instead, she stays in bed, her body heavy, her mind clouded with thoughts that spiral downwards.
She feels trapped in her own head, every negative thought echoing louder and louder. "I'm a failure," she thinks. "I'm not enough." These thoughts consume her, making it impossible to move. Tears start to fall, silently at first, then with sobs that shake her whole body. She tries to distract herself, but nothing works. The pain in her chest intensifies, and the anxiety feels like it's wrapping tighter and tighter around her heart.
She drags herself out of bed, but not to do anything productive. She just sits on the floor, her knees pulled to her chest, crying so hard that it feels like she'll never stop. She thinks about giving up, about how easy it would be to just let go of everything, to stop fighting. The thoughts scare her, but they won't leave. She feels lost, hopeless, like the light inside her has completely gone out. The girl who once aced her day, who radiated positivity and strength, feels like nothing but a past. She feels like a loser, defeated by life, too tired to even try anymore.
But deep down, even in this darkest moment, there's a small flicker of hope. It’s faint, almost drowned out by the pain, but it’s there. She wipes her tears, takes a shaky breath, and looks at herself in the mirror. She doesn't see "that" girl right now, but she remembers her. She remembers what it felt like to be strong, to be capable, to be happy. And she decides, even if it takes everything she has, she’s going to find that girl again.
It won’t be easy. She knows there will be days when she’ll still struggle to get out of bed, days when the tears will come again, when the negative thoughts will try to pull her down. But she also knows that she’s stronger than she feels right now. She’s been that girl before, and she can be her again. She will start small—a glass of water in the morning, a few deep breaths to calm her mind, a short walk just to feel the sun on her face. Little by little, she’ll rebuild herself. She’ll learn that it’s okay to have bad days, that they don’t define her. What defines her is the courage to keep going, to keep fighting, to keep hoping.
In this process, she realizes something else: there are a few people—very few—who have always believed in her, even when she couldn’t believe in herself. They’ve seen her at her lowest, and yet, they never doubted her ability to rise again. These are the ones who offered her a shoulder to cry on, who whispered words of encouragement when she was too broken to speak. They never asked her to be perfect; they just wanted her to be okay.

In a world that often feels suffocating, trying to find a moment to breathe can seem like an impossible task. The pressures of daily life, the constant noise, the overwhelming pace—it's as if the air around us is getting thinner, leaving little room to catch our breath. We move from one task to the next, barely pausing to take in what’s around us. It's easy to feel trapped, like the walls are closing in, making it hard to find that much-needed space to just breathe.
But even in this fast-paced, overwhelming world, there is still air to be found. Sometimes, it’s in the simplest moments—closing your eyes and letting go of the weight on your shoulders, taking a walk outside and feeling the breeze on your face, or just sitting quietly and focusing on the rhythm of your breath. These moments may be small, but they hold the power to refresh and renew.
In these tiny pockets of peace, we find our breath again. They remind us that despite everything going on around us, we can still find calmness within. The world may be suffocating at times, but we have the ability to create our own space to breathe, to find that inner peace that helps us carry on. All it takes is a moment, a breath, and the world becomes a little less suffocating.

Imagine walking through a dense forest. The trees are tall and the path is unclear, with twists and turns at every step. This forest is like our life—full of challenges, uncertainties, and decisions to make. Now, imagine having a friend by your side who knows the forest like the back of his hand. This friend is Krishna, the one who guides, protects, and brings light even in the darkest times.
Krishna’s story is not just an ancient tale, it’s a living guidebook for our lives. As a child, Krishna was known for his playful pranks, like stealing butter and hiding the clothes of the gopis. At first glance, these stories might seem like mere fun, but they carry deep meanings. Just like Krishna’s playful antics, life often presents us with situations that challenge our comfort zones, nudging us to see things from a new perspective. In our lives too, we often cling to our ‘clothes’—our fears, our pride, our insecurities—when, in fact, letting go can bring us closer to true freedom and love.
As we grow older, life becomes more complex. We take on responsibilities, face struggles, and make choices that shape our future. Here, Krishna appears not as the playful child but as the wise charioteer, guiding Arjun in the battle of life. The battlefield of Kurukshetra is much like our own lives, where we are constantly faced with dilemmas. Should we follow our heart or our duty? Should we chase our desires or rise above them? Krishna’s teachings in the Bhagavad Gita help us navigate these conflicts. He tells Arjun, “Do your duty, but do not be attached to the results.” This is something we can all relate to. Whether it’s at work, in our relationships, or in our personal goals, we often worry about the outcomes. Krishna teaches us to focus on our actions, to put in our best effort, and then to let go, trusting that the universe will take care of the rest.
Radha’s love for Krishna is the purest form of devotion, one that surpases physical attraction nd material desires. It’s about the soul’s deep longing to be one with the divine. In our everyday lives, love often comes with conditions—expectations, desires, and attachments. But Krishna shows us that true love is selfless and unconditional. Krishna’s love teaches us to give without expecting anything in return. It’s about seeing the divine in every being and loving them as we would love Krishna himself.
Krishna also teaches us how to live in this material world without being consumed by it. In his role as the supreme being, he manages the entire universe, yet he remains detached from it. This is a valuable lesson for us. We live in a world full of temptations—wealth, power, fame—but Krishna shows us that while it’s okay to enjoy these things, we should not let them control us. Like Krishna, we can engage with the world, do our duties, and enjoy life’s pleasures, but we should always remember that these are temporary, and our true purpose lies beyond them.
Just as he stood by Arjun in his toughest moments, he stands by us, too. Whenever we feel lost or overwhelmed, we can think of Krishna as our friend who is always there, ready to guide us with his wisdom. All we need to do is call upon him, just like Arjun did, and Krishna will help us see the right path. Krishna is not just a deity from the past, he is a living presence in our lives, a friend who walks with us through the forest of life, helping us find our way home. By keeping Krishna at the center of our lives, we can navigate through all the twists and turns with love, wisdom, and grace.

A quick word to all the girls out there: Stop thinking of yourselves as weak or helpless. Learn to fight for yourself. Never say, "How can I do it? I’m a girl." nd if anyone else says that to you, don’t listen. You have two hands, two legs, just like anyone else. Use them. Become self-aware, self-sufficient, nd learn self-defense. If you really want to be an independent woman, take control of ur own life. Don’t wait for anyone else to do it for you.

The words we tell ourselves have alot of impact on our lives. They shape our identity, influence our actions, and ultimately determine the way we interact with the world around us. Think about it: what do you repeatedly say to yourself? Is it something uplifting like "I'm a kind person," or something more negative, like "I'm not good enough"?
The way we talk to ourselves becomes the voice that guides our thoughts and decisions. Positive affirmations, such as telling yourself you are kind or capable, can lead to a life filled with hope and positivity. On the other hand, negative self-talk can drain your joy and limit your potential. The words we choose to repeat to ourselves are more than just words; they are seeds that grow into the reality we live in.
Emotions are complex and often messy. They can overwhelm us, making us feel like we're lost or not in control. But these emotions are not signs of failure; they are reminders that it’s okay to be human. It’s okay to make mistakes, to be flawed, and to not have everything figured out. Society often pressures us to be perfect, but perfection is an illusion. Emotions, even the difficult ones, are a part of our journey. They do not define us; instead, they show us that we are alive, growing, and evolving.
On both your best and worst days, you are still worthy of love and acceptance. It's important to give yourself grace and understand that having tough days doesn't make you any less deserving of kindness—from others or from yourself.
When life throws unexpected challenges your way, it's crucial to take a moment to pause and process what you're feeling. Are you angry? Confused? Scared? These emotions can be overwhelming, but ignoring them won’t make them go away. Instead, allow yourself to feel them fully, talk to someone you trust, and work through them.
Processing your emotions isn't about finding quick fixes or pretending everything is okay. It's about understanding your feelings and using them as a stepping stone for growth. Emotions can be powerful teachers, showing us what we need to change, what we need to let go of, and how we can become stronger and more resilient.
When you're surrounded by the right people—those who truly care about you—there's no need to pretend. You can be your true, authentic self, with all your quirks and flaws, and still be loved and accepted. Whether it’s your unusual taste in music or the unique way you see the world, the people who genuinely care for you will celebrate these differences rather than judge them.
Being in such a space where you don’t have to hide or make up stories is one of life’s greatest blessings. It’s a reminder that you are enough just as you are. Embrace your true self, and let the love and acceptance from others remind you that you are valued, just as you are.

It's hard to believe that we're already halfway through the year. Six months have flown by, and now we have six more months to make this year everything we hoped it would be. Think back to the resolutions you made at the beginning of the year. Whether it was to get healthier, learn a new skill, spend more time with loved ones, or focus on personal growth, there's still plenty of time to achieve them. Reflect on what you've accomplished so far and where you might have fallen short. The important thing is that you have time now to take action. Use the next six months to reignite your passion for your goals and work towards them with renewed energy. Remember, it's never too late to start, and every small step you take brings you closer to the finish line. Let's make these remaining months count and end the year feeling proud of what we've achieved. Let's do it together?

What would happen even if u fear something? Can u change the outcome? No. But u can definitely not be afraid nd prevent a worst case scenario. Just be mentally so prepared that uh can manage nd bounce back from lowest of lows, in the end bhot sare results apne haath me h hi ni to soch ke bhi kya hi fayda hai? See two kinds of human exist - one who change themselves according to the situations nd ones who change situations according to themselves, so if something happens in my life which I do not accept..then i had rather be someone who has put enough work that she has the power to change situations according to her.. now this sounds very stupid but.. it's ok..i will atleast have the satisfaction that i tried my best instead of just accepting it...So, be strong na..cheejein bhot aasan hoti h kbhi kbhi..bs samjho thoda..!!

There is all kinds of situations in the world.. kids with no parents, bad parents, kids who abandon parents, etc etc etc.. and.. i believe everyone was born for a purpose.. which was already pre-written.. but that's unfair.. like someone was born to live a bad life? that sucks.. that's why, as humans, we have the ability to change our lives.. we have everything available.. it's just, it depends..someone has to spend a lot of efforts to reach a level..and someone may have to spend very few efforts for it and get it for granted..but the abilities someone is blessed with is equal... talent/fate/ luck etc.. can be beaten by efforts.. and universe supports it so..whoever u can provide a support to..do it if it's in ur reach..otherwise.. don't think.. just pray....we live in a age which is destined for doom.. i don't really expect someone is helping but then i have a belief someone must be helping...let's believe in miracles.. something good will happen...let's become so powerful that we can control it..there is a lot of fixing to be done in the world..for now, don't feel helpless..I feel the same..i understand how it feels..but.. let's not consider the kiddo so weak alright? let's not consider anyone weak and support them.. help them get stronger..we will do our part. Alright?

You might often feel that you are not enough, but you don’t realize how truly important you are. Take a moment to look back at your journey and see the strength you’ve shown. You never gave up, no matter how tough things got. When you were in pain, you wiped your own tears with your own hands. If you were really weak, would you have been able to pick yourself up and keep going?
Think about those times when you missed an opportunity or when something didn’t go as planned. Yes, you might have missed a bus, but that didn’t stop the journey of your life. Life goes on, and so do you. You keep moving forward at your own pace, steadily and surely. Missing one chance doesn’t mean you are lost forever.
Your future is bright, full of endless possibilities. There is so much light ahead of you. It’s important to hold on and keep your spirits high. Aim for big dreams and set lofty goals for yourself. Remember not to dwell on what has already happened. What’s in the past is done, and there’s no point in staying stuck there. Instead, focus on what lies ahead. Embrace the future with hope and determination. You have the strength to achieve great things, so keep moving forward and believe in yourself. Know that; TUM KHAAS HO!✨
