ቢንጎ እና አረቄ ቤቶች በአዲስ አበባ አይኖሩም ተባለ! አስተዳደሩ ቆራጥ ውሳኔ አስተላለፈ!

የአዲስ አበባ ከተማ አስተዳደር ሰላምና ፀጥታ ቢሮ በከተማዋ ውስጥ የሚገኙ የቢንጎ ማጫወቻ እና የአረቄ መሸጫ ቤቶችን በተመለከተ አስቸኳይ እና ቆራጥ ውሳኔ አሳለፈ።

ከዛሬ ጀምሮ በአዲስ አበባ ከተማ ውስጥ አንድም የቢንጎ ማጫወቻም ሆነ የአረቄ መሸጫ ቤት መኖር የለበትም!

የቢሮው ኃላፊ ወ/ሮ ሊዲያ ግርማ እንዳሉት፦
"እነዚህ ቤቶች (የቢንጎ ማጫወቻ እና በየመንደሩ ያሉ አረቄ ቤቶች) የከተማው ወንጀል መፈልፈያ ቦታዎች ናቸው።"

መመሪያውም ቤቶቹ የወንጀል ምክንያት በመሆናቸው ምክንያት ከከተማው እንዲጠፉ ታስቦ ነው።

ከዚህ በፊትም ተመሳሳይ መመሪያ ተሰጥቶ እንደነበር ቢታወቅም፣ ቤቶቹ አሁንም በስራ ላይ መሆናቸው ታውቋል። አስተዳደሩ ግን አሁን ባጭር ጊዜ ውስጥ አዲስ አበባን ከእነዚህ ቤቶች ነፃ ያደርጋታል ብሏል።

ዓለም አቀፉ የገንዘብ ድርጅት (አይ ኤም ኤፍ) የኢትዮጵያ የኢኮኖሚ እድገት ትንበያን የያዘ ሪፖርት ይፋ አድርጓል። ድርጅቱ በዓመት ሁለት ጊዜ ትንበያዎቹን ካወጣ በኋላ ያሉ የየሀገራቱን የኢኮኖሚ አፈጻጸም በመገምገም፤ አሃዞቹን የመከለስ አካሄድን ይከተላል።

አይ ኤም ኤፍ በፈረንጆቹ 2023 ዓመት የኢትዮጵያ ኢኮኖሚ 6.1 በመቶ ያድጋል ብሎ የተነበየ ቢሆንም፤ ከወራት በኋላ ባደረገው ክለሳ ትክክለኛው እድገት 7.2 በመቶ መሆኑን አስታውቋል። ሀገሪቱ በ2024 ይኖራታል ያለውን የ6.2 በመቶ የኢኮኖሚ እድገት ትንበያም እንደዚሁ ከግምገማው በኋላ ወደ 8.1 በመቶ ከፍ አድርጎታል።

የድርጅቱ የዘንድሮ እና የመጪው ዓመት የኢትዮጵያ የኢኮኖሚ እድገት ትንበያዎች፤ ካለፈው ዓመታት ተመሳሳይ አሃዞች ጋር ሲነጻጸሩ ከፍ ብለዋል። አይ ኤም ኤፍ በመገባደድ ላይ በሚገኘው 2025 የኢትዮጵያ ኢኮኖሚ እንደሚያድግ የሚጠብቀው በ7.2 በመቶ ነው። እድገቱ በቀጣዩ የፈረንጆች ዓመት ወደ 7.1 በመቶ ይቀንሳል ሲልም ተንብይዋል።

ኢትዮጵያ በጊዜው ያልከፈለችውን የአንድ ቢሊዮን ዶላር ዩሮ ቦንድ በተመለከተ በገንዘብ ሚኒስቴር እና በግል አበዳሪዎች ኮሚቴ መካከል ሲደርግ የነበረው ድርድር ያለ ስምምነት ተጠናቀቀ።

ገንዘብ ሚኒስቴር ለቀናት በቆየው ንግግር "ጉልህ መሻሻል" መታየቱን ቢገልጽም የአበዳሪዎች ኮሚቴ ግን ድርድሩ "ፍሬ አልባ" ደረጃ ላይ በመድረሱ "ሕጋዊ አማራጭ" ሊከተል እንደሚችል አስታውቋል።

ገንዘብ ሚኒስቴር፤ የብድሩን አከፋፈል ሁኔታ ለማስተካከል ሲካሄድ የቆየው ድርድር ያለ ስምምነት መጠናቀቁን ያስታወቀው ትናንት ማክሰኞ ጥቅምት 4/2018 ዓ. ም. ባወጣው መግለጫ ነው።

በፈረንሳይ ፓሪስ ከተማ የተካሄደው ድርድር ላይ የኢትዮጵያ ልዑክ 'ዋይት ኤንድ ኬዝ' የተሰኘውን የሕግ አማካሪ እና 'ላዛርድ' የተባለውን የፋይናንስ አማካሪ ይዞ ቀርቧል።

የቦንዱ ገዢዎችን የወከለው የአበዳሪዎች ኮሚቴም በተመሳሳይ ድርድሩ ላይ የተገኘው ከሕግ እና የፋይናንስ አማካሪዎቹ ጋር ነው።

ኢትዮጵያ በድርድሩ ወቅት፤ ሁሉንም አበዳሪዎችን በእኩልነት ለማስተናገድ በያዘችውን መርሕ ጸንታ እንደቀጠለች በገንዘብ ሚኒስቴር መግለጫ ላይ ሰፍሯል።

ኮሚቴው በአሁኑ ሰዓት ድርድሩ "ፍሬ አልባ" ደረጃ ላይ ነው የሚል ድምዳሜ ላይ መድረሱንም ተናግሯል። "የሕግ እርምጃን ጨምሮ ሁሉንም አማራጮች እያጤነ" መሆኑን እንዳስታወቀም ሮይተርስ ዘግቧል።

የዶላር አማካይ ዋጋ በ7.16% ጨምሮ 148 ብር ደረሰ

የኢትዮጵያ ብሔራዊ ባንክ ባካሄደው 10ኛዉ ዙር የውጪ ምንዛሪ ጨረታ፣ የአንድ የአሜሪካን ዶላር አማካይ የምንዛሪ ተመን 148.1007 ብር ሆኖ መመዝገቡን ካፒታል ከባንኩ መረጃ ተመልክቷል።

ይህ አዲስ አማካኝ ዋጋ ከሁለት ወራት በፊት በ9ኛው ዙር ጨረታ ከተመዘገበው 138.2 ብር አማካይ ዋጋ ጋር ሲነጻጸር፣ የ 9 ብር ከ 90 ሳንቲም ወይም የ 7.16 በመቶ ጭማሪ አሳይቷል።

በዛሬው ዕለት ማክሰኞ ጥቅምት 04 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም. በተካሄደው የውጭ ምንዛሪ ድልድል 31 ባንኮች የውጭ ምንዛሪ በማግኘት ተሳክቶላቸዋል። የውጭ ምንዛሪው በጨረታ መቅረቡ የገበያውን መረጋጋት ለመደገፍ ያለመ መሆኑን ብሔራዊ ባንክ ገልጿል።

ባንኩ የውጭ ምንዛሪ ገበያውን ለማረጋጋት በሚያካሂደው ተከታታይ ሂደት፣ ለ10ኛው ዙር የውጪ ምንዛሪ ሽያጭ ጨረታ 150 ሚሊዮን ዶላር እንደሚያቀርብ ማሳወቁ ይታወቃል። ብሔራዊ ባንክ የውጭ ምንዛሪ ገበያው በሚፈቅደው ጊዜ ጨረታዎቹን ማካሄዱን እንደሚቀጥልም አስታውቋል።
