🛒 Ingredienti
• 2 sheets puff pastry
• 150 g cooked ham
• 150 g sliced cheese (scamorza or provola)
• 1 egg
• Sesame or poppy seeds as needed

👩‍🍳 Procedimento
1️⃣ Roll out one sheet of puff pastry and draw a dove shape, then cut it out.
2️⃣ Fill with ham and cheese, leaving a small border around the edges.
3️⃣ Cover with the second sheet, cut the same shape and seal the edges well.
4️⃣ Brush the surface with beaten egg and sprinkle seeds on top.
5️⃣ Make small decorative cuts on the surface.
6️⃣ Bake in a preheated static oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 30 minutes until golden.

🛒 Ingredienti
• 250 g lasagna sheets
• 500 g asparagus
• 400 g béchamel sauce
• 250 g mozzarella
• 80 g grated parmesan
• 1/2 onion
• Extra virgin olive oil
• Salt and pepper

👩‍🍳 Procedimento
1️⃣ Wash asparagus, trim the woody ends and cut into pieces, keeping the tips whole.
2️⃣ Sauté chopped onion in olive oil, add asparagus, season and cook for 10–15 minutes until tender.
3️⃣ Blend half of the asparagus with some béchamel until smooth and creamy.
4️⃣ Layer in a baking dish: béchamel, pasta sheets, asparagus, cream, mozzarella and parmesan.
5️⃣ Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with parmesan.
6️⃣ Bake in static oven at 180°C (350°F) for 30–35 minutes, last 5 minutes with grill for a golden crust.

🛒 Ingredients
• 4 medium peppers (red or yellow)
• 200 g mixed ground meat
• 100 g rice
• 50 g grated cheese
• 1 egg
• 1 garlic clove
• 1 small onion
• extra virgin olive oil
• salt and pepper to taste
• chopped parsley

👩‍🍳 Method
1️⃣ Wash the peppers, cut off the tops and remove the seeds.
2️⃣ In a pan, sauté chopped onion and garlic with a little oil, then add the meat and cook for 5 minutes.
3️⃣ Add uncooked rice, stir and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and mix in egg, cheese and chopped parsley.
4️⃣ Fill the peppers with the mixture and place in a lightly oiled baking dish.
5️⃣ Drizzle with a little oil and bake in a static oven at 180°C (350°F) for 30–35 minutes until evenly golden.
