The Ministry of Education (MoE) has strictly instructed that all Mid-2018 Exit Examination candidates must complete self-identity verification using their National ID. This verification is conducted based on your FAN number and the biographic data previously submitted. All candidates are therefore hereby ordered to complete the verification immediately and without delay, and no later than January 7, 2026.

NEW Call for 4th Round Catalyser Business Training Program in Technology Business Incubation Center of TBIC-ATTC
Call for Application of TBIC 4th Catalyser Business Training Program

Technology and Business Incubation Centre (TBIC) of Agro-Technical & Technology College of Menschen fὒr Menschen Foundation invites interested applicants who already started their private business in the field of Agriculture or Technology and those who fulfil the eligibility criteria to apply for Agri-Tech. Business catalyser training program (for established businesses).

Program Objective

The business incubation centre in ATTC has been established by partnership of BIC Ethiopia and Menschen fὒr Menschen Foundation in 2022.

The overall purpose of ATTC Technology Business Incubation Centre is to provide focused support to college and TVET graduates and High School graduates who already started their business. It creates a supportive environment that helps business starters to develop their already established business to upgrade their revenue and income, enhance the acquisition of business knowledge, facilitates the raising of necessary finance and introduces the entrepreneurs to business networks.

Admission to the selection procedure

The eligibility check will be completed by draws up a list of candidates to be considered. Based on this list, the pre-selection is carried out by a committee made up of ATTC Department Heads: successful applicants are selected on the basis of motivation, qualifications and/or experience. In particular, the following selection criteria will be assessed:

Eligibility Criteria
Ø Business founders must have business in the Agriculture or Technology sector.
Ø Business founders must be High School graduates or above.
Ø Business founders must be residents of Harari region, Diredawa city, Jigjiga city, Eastern Harargie and Western Harargie Zone.
Ø Businesses founders must present their business license.
Ø Business must be environmentally friendly
Ø Business founders must present their pitch (explain about their business) in front of the selection committee

N.B: -The applicants need to download the application form from ATTC website www.mfmattc.edu.et and put your educational and business documents in one pdf file and upload it on the online Google Application form or attach it on our e-mail address. In addition to that fill your required data on the form which is attached in our website.

In Person Registration

For those applicants who are not capable for making online registration may come in person to our college ATTC, Harar in working hours with their educational and business documents in the following days from

ATTC College is delighted to announce the successful completion of a two-day training on:

Main Objective:
To prepare ATTC Committees by familiarizing them with the essential legal and procedural frameworks governing academic quality auditing.
