Submitting a complaint about an advertiser’s project

Now channel owners can identify unscrupulous projects at the application stage and cancel them.

How does it work?

1) When you get a new application, you can click on the three dots and select “Complaint about the project”:

2) In the opened window, select a complaint reason from the list or choose “Other” and describe it:

3) Then, the project application will be canceled:

4) The advertiser will also see the updated status of the project in their personal account:

Compare your ad price with the average cost in the current topic

The price formation process is one of the basics for any marketplace. To make it easier for the owners of Telegram channels, we have created a convenient add-on inside the “My channels and chats” section.

If the cost of ad placement on your channel differs up or down from 20% to 60% relative to the average price in the selected topic, you will receive a notification from the platform.
